Clinton M. Bidwell III is the founder and Chairman of C. M. Bidwell & Associates, Ltd. He created the firm in 1979 in Honolulu while a Professor of Finance at the University of Hawaii. Dr. Bidwell has served as Professor of Finance at several universities on the U.S. Mainland including the University of California, Berkeley and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has published numerous articles in the field of investments.

Prior to receiving his doctorate at the University of Southern California, Dr. Bidwell was Director of Research for a NYSE firm, opened the Bear Stearns office in Century City, Los Angeles, California, and worked as an investment advisor with Dominick & Dominick in Los Angeles.

Niall Kilcommons is President and a Portfolio Manager at C. M. Bidwell & Associates, Ltd. He joined the firm in 1999 and has since been key in the firm’s back-office management, compliance, research and portfolio management. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kilcommons was an accountant with the corporate financial reporting group at Fracmaster, Ltd., an international oil and gas services company in Calgary, Canada. Mr. Kilcommons is a CFA® charterholder and is a CMA Professional as awarded by the Society of Management Accountants of Canada.

Debra Chun is Senior Vice President and a Portfolio Manager at C. M. Bidwell & Associates, Ltd. She joined C. M. Bidwell & Associates in 1999 and has since been an integral part of the firm’s portfolio management, research and marketing efforts. Prior to joining C. M. Bidwell & Associates, Ms. Chun was Vice President of Finance at Pacific Marine & Supply Co., Ltd. and Manager of Corporate Planning at Alexander & Baldwin. Debra Chun is a CFP® professional.

Brett Bidwell is located in Austin, Texas.

Brett Bidwell is Vice President and a Financial Advisor at C. M. Bidwell & Associates. Prior to re-joining the firm in 2012, he served as a financial advisor for UBS Financial Services. Mr. Bidwell received a Master’s degree in economics from the University of Texas at Austin and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a major in economics. He has passed all written examinations required for his PhD in economics from UT, as well as completed the field requirements in Econometrics, Industrial Organization, and Labor Theory. Brett Bidwell is a CFP® professional and is a CFA® charterholder.
